Clothing Choice

Bright, bold coloured clothes make beautiful photographs. Jeans and barefeet always look good and different layers and textures such as vests or jackets and chunky knit scarves, beanies or colourful gumboots add interest, colour and a little bit of fun!

Dress ups like tutu's, fairy costumes, cowboys or superman have timeless appeal, but its best to avoid popular and trendy dress ups or clothing that will date your photographs.

You are welcome to bring a complete change of clothes or three if you would like to have different looks in the photographs from your session!

Co-ordinate colours for groups photos and avoid 'busy' logos that distract from the subjects face. White is best avoided unless everyone in the group is wearing it.

Most importantly, choose clothes that you and your children feel comfortable in and that represent each individuals personality and normal colour choices that suit each persons colouring.
